Actor Lee Jung Suk Bought A Luxurious Villa Worth 5 Billion KRW In Prestigious Living Complex In Seoul

 It has been reported that Actor Lee Jung Suk has bought an expensive villa in the most prestigious living complex in Seoul.

Earlier, It was reported that Lee Jung Suk  have purchased an expensive villa in Nine One Hannam worth 5 billion KRW ( 4.2 million USD) shortly after  selling his 89 mansion cafe building in Sinwa ward, Seoul at 5.9 billion KRW after four years of ownership and Profited 2.05 billion won.

 Reportedly, the Actor had bought the building at 3.9 billion won in 2016 and put it into operation as a Brunch Cafe. Currently the cafe has been closed due to Covid-19 lenghtning Pandemic.

Nine One Hannam is a living place for many famous celebrities due to its strict rules regarding protection of privacy. Celebrities such as G-Dragon, Actor Joo Ji Hoon and many more are said to be living in Nine One Hannam.

The actor is currently serving in military for his mandatory 2 years  service as a public service worker since march of last year.
